Living Area
The lodge benefits from an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a large fridge freezer, 54" television and DVD player. It has gas central heating and an electric fire in a modern surround. The living area has a two seater sofa bed and two large comfy chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a wine cooler. The lodge will be sold with all the appliances and fittings, lamps and kitchenware. It has a fire extinguisher and blanket and smoke and CO2 detectors.
Bedrooms & Ensuite
The main bedroom has a king sized bed with a fitted wardrobe and two bedside cupboards. It has a mirrored shelf and a stool. Leading from the bedroom is an ensuite comprising of a toilet and sink. Bedroom number two is fitted with two single beds with cupboards over the bed and a single bedside table. There is also a fitted wardrobe and a mirrored shelf. Bedroom number three has two single beds with cupboards over the bed and a single bedside table. There is also a fitted wardrobe and mirrored shelf. Bedding may be included if required.
Bathroom
The main bathroom is fitted with a white suite and has a wall mounted bathroom cupboard and also a vanity unit under the sink. There is a walk in shower which has recently been renewed.
Exterior
Outside there is parking down the side of the lodge for three cars. At the rear of the lodge is a flagged patio area for barbecues/garden furniture. Behind this is a small rock garden with a wooded area at the back. There is a metal storage shed alongside the parking area. The lodge benefits from wrap around decking which catches the sunlight for most of the day.
